EuroPal Forum in collaboration with FOSIS Ireland is pleased to announce the Lobbying and Advocacy training course.
The training day consists of three specific areas that are designed to build skills and knowledge for effective lobbying and advocacy for Palestine in Ireland.
Trainees will gain a thorough knowledge of the Irish systems of governance, political thought, and activism in relation to Palestine. In addition to an analysis of Irish based pro-Palestine NGOs and their role in mobilising support for Palestine and the role of media in relation to Palestine.
- Lecture about the International dimensions of the Palestinian issue.
- Training session about the Irish political system, including the Houses of the Oireachtas, government and mapping out the Irish political parties in relation to Palestine.
- Training session about the role of NGOs in mobilising support for Palestine and mapping out the pro-Palestine NGOs and the role of media in Ireland.
